Because Elven Velvet is a "cottage industry", sole proprietorship business I would like to know why a client is returning something and would ask that they contact me with their concerns. Your comfort and satisfaction are of the utmost !
- Most of the garments at the Elven Velvet shop are from the ready to wear line and will be made when ordered. Because much of the velvet I work with is no longer manufactured I do not have garments ready made in all colors and sizes. These pieces will be made and shipped within a couple of days of the orders being placed. Please be accurate when placing an order by size according to the charts provided. Should your measurements vary slightly from those on the chart please indicate this in your “order notes”- slight changes from the standard pattern will incur few or no charges.
- Some of the garments for sale are "one of a kind" and will be shipped as ordered.
- Other garments are custom made and will often, depending on the design, take more time-to be discussed with the client.
